A: Any business that wants to make sales or take orders over the telephone, is a candidate for Checks by Phone. 

Q: How much does it cost?

A: There is a $99.00 setup fee and the cost of each bank draft is $1.50.  There are no minimum number of drafts required.

Q: How complicated is it to get set up?

A: Capital Bank Drafts will provide any training and forms necessary at no charge to you. You simply follow our simple guidelines on how to complete the check information when taking an order, then fax a listing of the account numbers and amounts for each customer at the end of the day. Capital will then print the checks and deliver them to you by mail or courier (charged to your account), ready for deposit. 

Q: Is there any risk to my customers?

A: Capital doesn't handle any of your or your customer's money. The bank moves the money in the same manner as a normal check or funds transfer. The only money Capital handles is the transaction fee we earn by printing the checks, by pre-authorized bank draft, naturally.
